Andover Historic Houses - Balmoral Stone House

The fieldstone house in front of the Balmoral was built by William Wood to be a replica of George Washington's winter headquarters at Valley Forge. It served as a boy's club and a polling booth. The roof is tiled gable and massive chimneys are at either end. The architects were Adden and Parker.
