Congregation Beth Israel

Congregation Beth Israel on Boutwell Road began with the merging of Temple Beth-El of Lowell and Andover's Congregation Tifereth Israel in 2007. Rabbi Edward Friedman began leading Congregation Beth Israel in 2009.
