Carriage House Photography was located in the historic 100 School Street building owned by Mark Spencer. Spencer decided to close the photography business in 2009 in order to pursue other opportunities. Since then, the building has been converted into a space where his new business operates -- a water-quality testing facility known as Water Analytics. The building was also once home to the Main Line Creamery ice cream shop, which has also closed to accommodate Spencer's new business.

The building at 100 School Street was used in 2008 as a location during filming for the movie "Don McKay" starring Elisabeth Shue and Thomas Haden Church.
