Encore Etc. is located on Burtt Road in Andover and was founded by dentist Lorenzo Lepore. Encore's CEO and president is Ken Owens. In 2006, the company released a new product called MaestroMD that can sterilize the inside of woodwind instruments. The product was first used by the Medford school district and was later adopted by Andover students. It is used to sanitize instruments that are rented, used or loaned.
