Marland Place is an assisted living facility at 15 Stevens Street in Andover. Residents live in a building that was once a part of the historic Marland Woolen Mills.

In 2006, the community was sold to the Kentucky-based company Atria Senior Living Group. It was previously owned by Newton Senior Living. In 2008, Atria began work on demolishing an old smokestack that remained on the premises that had raised safety concerns.
