ABCA - Andover Business Center Association replaced the Andover Center Association in October of 2005. It meets the 2d and 4th Thursday of the month at the Free Christian Church on Elm Street in Andover.  In January 2013 the name was changed to Andover Business Community Association to reflect the membership of businesses in any part of Andover.

It brings downtown businesses together by promoting events that encourage shoppers to use downtown businesses. Andover Day, Holiday Happenings, road races, and contests are examples of activities the ACBA promotes.
