Paul Pelland started Paul's Shoe Repair in 1989 at 7 Bartlet Street. He repaired shoes in Andover for more than 13 years. He also repaired luggage, golf bags, handbags, zippers and also made keys. He took pride in his work and always guaranteed the article would be ready when promised. David's Shoe Repair took over the space in 2007.
