The Hurricane of 1938 hit without warning on Wednesday, September 21st. It was estimated that at least 350 trees were blown down.

Hurricane Carol, August 31, 1954.

Hurricane Edna came 12 days later on September 12, 1954.

Hurrican Sandy hit October 28-29, 2012 causing downed trees and power lines.
