The real estate company Re/Max had a Re/Max Preferred franchise office in Andover until 2001. The office was located at the corner of Park and Florence streets in downtown Andover. It closed because 10 of the real estate agents that were employed there complained about certain conditions and ultimately left simultaneously -- taking all of the Preferred properties with them.
