  • Margaret Pustell was chairman of the Andover Community Paths Comittee, now part of the Trails Committee.
  • She was an untiring advocate of pedestrians and bikers.
  • Thanks to her persistance, Andover passed a bylaw which created more than 25 trails or links between neighborhoods.
  • She pushed the Planning Board to consider pedestian access when they appoved a new residential or commercial development.
