The flagpole in front of the Andover Town Offices, originally dedicated only to Edward Harris, a thirty year army veteran and Andover Selectman, was rededicated in August of 2007. A plaque was added to the flagpole with the names of Edward Harris and his son George Rice Harris. The flagpole in front of the Andover Town Offices, originally dedicated only to Edward Harris, a thirty year army veteran and Andover Selectman, was rededicated in August of 2007.
