The Balmoral Spa, located in the Shawsheen section of Andover at the corner of Haverhill and Balmoral Streets, was an "elegant drug store and soda fountain with an outdoor dance floor." The ground floor housed the village drug store while the second floor was a barber shop, a hairdresser, additional offices, and a large public hall for theater and dancing.
