Wheelabrator Technologies Inc. - Incinerator

In 1999 Wheelabrator Environmental Systems of Hampton NY was assessed penalties by the federal Environmental Protection Agency for violations of the federal Clean Air Act. The North East Solid Waste Committee (NESWC) has been involved in the fight against the plant.
