ath Power is a consulting corporation that, as of 2006, was listed as one of the "Best Places to Work in Massachusetts" for two consecutive years. The list is compiled by Boston Business Journal. The company was founded in Cambridge, MA in 1997 by the Presidents and CEO Frank Aloi. The company has been in existence for over 30 years and specializes in market research and training. Aloi describes the staff of ath as a quality-assurance team.

Aloi is a former Merrimack College men's lacrosse coach and wanted to open a business that was not based on the same corporate structure of other companies he had worked for in the past. In order to do this, Aloi organizes a number of annual events to make the company feel a sense of camaraderie. Events include dinners, building boats and racing them, visits from an office manicurist, ice cream socials, and bowling.
