The Pike School was founded in 1926 by Cynthia Pike at her home, 126 Lowell Street. At its inception, it had an enrollment of 6 students. [1] In 1944, Pike moved to 5 Porter Road in Shawsheen Village and incorporated as a nonprofit educational institution. In 1963, it moved to its current site, 35 acres of land on Sunset Rock Road.[2]
Pike is an independent day school for grades Pre-K through 9. [3]
