Andover Biography- William H. Foster

William H. Foster, - 1941, was the editor of two magazines: National Sportsman and Hunting and Fishing. He was a pioneer in the development of skeet shooting and in his later life he painted bird dogs, The Purina Top Coverdog of the Year Award is presented in his honor.
