  • Will Dailey grew up in Andover and began to play guitar while at Andover High School.
  • He played in bands such as Mappari (see article) until about 2003 when he began to go solo.
  • In 2007 he signed with CBS Records and his music was featured on popular shows such as The Hills, CSi: Miami, and CSI: New York.
  • In 2009 he released an album called Torrent, composed of music previously released on the internet as 2 EPs, with added bonus tracks and a DVD.
  • He released a new album, ,Fashion of Distraction, also in 2009, which featured a guest appearance by Byrds front man Roger McGuinn.
  • his next 2009 album, By the Blue Hills, featured Kay Hanley of Letters to Cleo, Elliott Easton of The Cars, and Tim Brennan of the Dropkick Murphies. These 2009 albums show the influence of 60s and 70s music in his work.
  • After a benefit concert for A Better Chance at Andover High School in 2009, he went on to play in the Viper Room on Sunset Boulevard.
  • He decided to continue putting out EPs, more volumes of Torrent, in order to constantly release new music.
