Andover resident Nick Rizzo was convicted of campaign fraud and sentenced to 52 months in a Federal Prison. As the chief fundraiser for Paul Tsongas' bid for the Democrat nomination for president in 1992, he solicited campaign donations but deposited the funds into a separate bank account - money he used for personal expenses.
