Andover Business - Palmers Restaurant

Palmers Restaurant and Tavern, 18 Elm Street, was opened by owner/chef John Palmer Ingalls. Ingalls first opened Palmers in Swampscott in 1988, but moved to Andover in 1995. Ingalls is opening a second restaurant in Marblehead (summer 2013).

The Andover building used to be the E.M. Lundgren Funeral Home. In 2008, actors Elisabeth Shue and Thomas Hayden Church filmed a dinner scene on the second floor.
