Since 1997, the Rotary Club of Andover has been recognizing individuals who are dedicated to making Andover a better place to live, work and play. They are honored with the title, Citizens Who Care. Since 2008, the Rotary Club has also honored an Educator of the Year.

The following individuals were selected for 2013: Kathleen Bates; Don Borenstein; Bud Crowninshield; Carolyn Fantini; Steven Janavicus; Richard Lindsay; Ellen Marcus; Ken Matteucci; Nancy Mulvey; Mary Beth Nason; Susan Novick; Aileen Peters; and Fred Snell.
