Located at 195 Andover Street in Ballardvale near the train stop, the Ballardvale Cafe offers sandwiched, coffee, and ice cream to commuters and the neighborhood. The Owner is Sangita Patel of Chelmsford. Patel also operates the Best Value Laundromat at the same location. This replaced the Ballardvale Laundry which closed in February of 2005 because of a rent increase.
