In 2002 four "Welcome to Andover" signs were erected by the 350th Celebration Committee to be placed on the roads leading into Andover. The committee also provided lighting for the signs.

  • At the intersection of Route 28 and Route 495 in Shawsheen. This sign is on state land.
  • At the intersection of Route 133 and Route 495.
  • At the intersection of Route 28 and Route 125. This sign is on state land.
  • On Elm Street at the town line of Andover and North Andover.

The Andover Garden Club using funds from the "Home of America" planted shrubs and flowers around the sign. The maintenance of the plantings is also provided by the Andover Garden Club with "Home of America" funds.
