Lantern Brunch was a popular diner located at 89 Main Street in the Olde Andover Village. The restaurant was open for seven years before it was bought by new owner and grill man George Dukas in 1976. Before opening the Lantern Brunch, Dukas owned the [[Andover Spa]]. Popular with Phillips Academy students and Andover townspeople of all stripes, the Lantern Brunch was known for its unpretentious fare and atmosphere and its cash only service. Occasionally, as an homage to his Greek descent, Dukas would highlight homemade Greek food such as spinach pie on the menu. <ref> Li, Chris.
